Project Background
Well Su 25-3-11 is a conventional development well in the Sulige Gas Field, Ordos Basin. The Taiyuan Formation interval (2430m–3350m) in this well is characterized by high hardness, strong abrasiveness, and complex lithology, which historically leads to low ROP, severe bit wear, and frequent tripping, significantly increasing drilling costs and cycle time.

Application Solution
To address the challenges of the Taiyuan Formation, our 6-1/2" SD6523 PDC Bit (Bit Serial No. 2395) was deployed for the full 2430m–3350m interval.
